Using its own methods of preparation, Kaptein produces cut bulk cheese products and cheese product portions, as well as butter in mono-packaging. 
Thanks to a tried-and-tested production process and advanced production lines, products retain their characteristic natural taste. Quality is important at Kapteinšs. All cheese and butter-making activities, such as production, maturing, conditioning, packaging and transport are all very strictly monitored and comply with HACCP hygiene standards.

able to meet specific requirements quickly and adequately. Cutting, portioning, prepacking, personal labelling... all of these are possible.
